Financial Peace of Mind
With all costs upfront from the day you move in, there are no surprises.
Our retirement village contract is a Licence to Occupy arrangement where an entry payment is made at an agreed price. There is no need to sell property when you leave and there are no capital gains or loss. 65% of the entry payment is returned to you when your residency ends and you pay a weekly recurrent charge that contributes to the running of the village and gives you access to Crowley facilities, lifestyle and wellbeing programs.
